Located in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and Parks. only 12-15 mins from Hiking/biking trails. Only 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake airport, and 40 minutes from skiing. The home has 3 bedrooms and 7 beds (sleeps 8) 2.5 bathrooms. Garage parking. Access the home through the garage or from the front door with a door code.

The space
Welcome to our spacious central retreat! We hope you enjoy your time here.

Master bedroom: (queen bed) with ensuite, walk in closet, and in-room office nook.

2nd bedroom: 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) with small walk in closet.

3rd bedroom: 1 bunk bed (2 twin beds) closet with desk inside.

Playroom: lots of toys in a large loft space.

2.5 bathrooms: 2 on top floor, and 1/2 bath on main floor.

Kitchen/dining: On main floor FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING needed to prepare and eat food including small appliances. Pantry with food staples to bake/cook.

Laundry room: washer/ dryer stocked with detergent, iron, ironing board. Also, cleaning products.

Family room: Large smart Tv with chrome cast. Cupboards inside the entertainment center with DVDs, board games, and card games.

Backyard: Two floor playhouse, trampoline, and swing set.

Guest access
Please enjoy the top two floors of our property, the garage, and the backyard. The basement (blocked off access) has a private entrance and is a separate rental space.
