Spanning over 4,500 square feet, this luxurious rental villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, as well as 2 half bathrooms. The ground level is home to 4 bedrooms, while a staircase leads to the great room on the upper level. Here, you will find the open kitchen, dining area, and living space, seamlessly blending with waterfront terraces that offer stunning views of Sapodilla Bay. The villa offers convenient accessibility, with a main entrance and an elevator connecting to the second level from the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances for professional cooking and serving, such as Wolf ovens and cooktops, a Monogram wine storage unit, Subzero refrigerators and freezers, and elegant dinnerware, cutlery, and glassware. The living room showcases modern furniture with a spacious sectional sofa and luxurious fabrics. The architectural staircase leads up to the third storey mezzanine housing a fifth bedroom, office and media room.
