The space

The ideal location for groups coming to Brighton to celebrate - only 10 minutes walk from Brighton Station - 12 minutes walk to Brighton Pavilion and 5 minutes walk to The Lanes and all the restaurants, bars and nightlife there. One of the best thing's is it's above a great pub in Brighton Called The Admiral - which offers a whole range of dining and entertainment literally on your doorstep (with a door leading directly into the pub from the main entrance hall!). The flat is ideal for groups mainly because of its proximity to The Lanes etc. but it also works really well for extended families who want to explore the area. This area has just had residential parking permit restrictions put in place (as all areas of Brighton now have) with pay and display parking bays available. OVERVIEW The flat itself is spacious and airy with lots of space for the group to spread out. With its large comfortable lounge area it offers a great space to catch up as everyone gradually arrives, with room to spread out and relax whilst people get ready, before heading downstairs to the bar and restaurant to really start the weekend and enjoy yourself. LOUNGE/DINING AREA This large room is dominated by the 3 large windows which offer lots of light and views of the city. With 2 large sofas and additional stools this is a great space for catching up together as everyone starts to arrive, as well as a relaxing place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee as your group rallies itself from the night before. The room also has a large breakfast bar with stools which comfortably seats 10 people for dining. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for larger numbers, as well as the crucial dishwasher. It also has an oven, hob, fridge freezer and all the utensils and tools you would need. There are two sofas are sofa beds - offering comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 4 more people. BATHROOMS The flat offers 2 double shower rooms and WC's (as well as a separate sink unit in the larger bedroom) - meaning groups can get ready 2 or 3 at a time for the all-important night out . They are both smart and modern with stylish fittings and windows to the rear of the building. MAIN BEDROOM This room has the additional sink unit and has beds for 4 people - 2 beds being adult bunks and 2 other beds being available as either a double or 2 singles as suits the group best. 2ND BEDROOM This bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for 3 people with 2 single beds (which again can be configured to either twin beds or a double) and also an additional sofa chair which is solid and full sized - offering a good nights sleep 3RD BEDROOM This bedroom offers 3 more beds with the same layout and again can be configured to suit your requirements. WASHING MACHINE The flat also has it's own washing machine for your laundry requirements. EXTERNAL FACILITIES Downstairs is a pub very popular with locals offering a range of well priced drinks and special Ales as well as offering a fantastic Sunday lunch. There is a beer garden at the back for relaxing outside. NOTE; The owners take their responsibility to the local community very seriously - and that means that noise is kept to a minimum after 10 pm - but that means that the flat itself is quiet in the evening so you don't have to worry about being disturbed yourself. Brighton has a myriad of late night licences so plan your night out in those venues with the knowledge that you'll get home to a quiet nights sleep and can look forward to a sleepy pub lunch the day after to recover!

Great venue for large groups as it works out cheaper than a budget hotel but with the added benefit of a private communal space with cooking facilities etc. Walking distance to town with a couple of convenience stores close by for essentials.

A lovely apartment in a great location. So much on the doorstep, but also a nice place to chill out with a large group. Thanks for giving us such a good base for a brilliant weekend in Brighton!

Great location, walking distance to Brighton centre and public transport options. Fantastic flat for larger groups looking to spend a couple of days in Brighton, it had everything we needed for the weekend. The host was very friendly and provided very good and useful information about the area and the flat's amenities.

Thank you Hollie! There were 14 of us and it was the perfect size for us all! I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a base to party the night away in Brighton. It's only a short walk or taxi ride away from the main streets! The apartment is really well stocked with glasses and plates a plenty! Everything you can think you might need was there! Thanks again Hollie

14 of us stayed in Hollie's flat for a stag, which was perfect for the event. The pub downstairs was really accommodating and we ordered breakfast on the Saturday morning which got delivered up to the flat! Being just a short walk into Brighton made it really easy to explore the city.
