- Freshly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in XV century house in historical center of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento. Private apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Near some of the most luxurious Sorrento's hotels and villas.
Recently renovated, new and high-end furnitures. Near train/bus to Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Rome. 15 minutes walking distance from Sorrento town center, few minutes from beach La Marinella. Stores, bars, a park and a wine bar around the corner. A good pizzeria is a minute away. Make it your hub to move around Sorrento's Costiera, it's great place to stay if you come by public transportation or if you want to park your car and enjoy the relax.
Free internet connection, air conditioning, three windows and a terrace. Lots of natural light. A small hallway, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and private balcony on orange garden. Italy at its best.
All you will hear are the XVII century church bells near by, and the birds singing.
The bed is a queen size, super comfortable mattress.
The area offers a lot, so i would recommend you to stay in Sant'Agnello for a long period and enjoy its quiet and rejuvenating lifestyle.
You cannot get tired of the local food or of the scented air of this mediterranean jewel. Once you have spent some time discovering Sorrento and the ancient roads that take you from the sea level up to the hills above the two gulfs of Napoli and Salerno, do not miss the opportunity to do quick daily trips to the roman city of Pompei, the museums of Naples, the blue island of Capri (ferry departs from Sorrento's marina) and to enjoy the beauty of the Amalfi coast.

5 minutes walking distance from the Circumvesuviana train stop in Sant'Agnello, bus to Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Rome a couple of minutes away. 15 minutes walking distance from Sorrento town center.

Please follow recycling rules and please don't smoke inside the apartment.
There are three garbage bins, one for organic material (food waste collected on Tuesday, Friday, Sunday night), one for plastic/aluminum/glass (collected on wednesday and Sunday night) a,d the third one for anything else (collected on Monday and Thursday night).
Please be environmentally conscious, don't leave AC or heater on when not at home, please close the windows when using the AC (this way you will also be soundproof).
There are pots and pans, a mocha coffee machine, coffee, sugar, salt, some organic olive oil (made with our olives). Feel free to use all you need to cook during your stay.
The apartment is served by its own water boiler, so hot water is always available. The boiler is small but it recharges quickly. This means that in case there are 2 guests, I would recommend the second one taking a shower to wait 15 minutes to have hot water.

We stayed at this apartment for 6 days in September. Both Francesco and his mother Mrs. Pini were wonderful hosts and responded promptly to every question. She greeted us at their apartment. It is just 2 blocks from the local train station. The apartment is outfitted nicely but does not have an oven or microwave. Everything was sparkling clean. They provided fresh fruit and water. Wonderful light floods the place! The church bells start clanging quite early in the morning but it's a nice sound to get used to. The commuter train also can be heard but it's sorta like white noise-didn't bother us. We liked Sant' Agnello very much, and Francesco and Mrs. Pini helped make it a great experience!

Good central location, nice host family, super clean. Only knock is a bit noisy so light sleepers bring earplugs.

We had a great time in Francesco's place. It was close to train to Naples/Pompeii, and the bus stop to Positano. The place was very spacious for a European place. There was an issue with the heater for the shower. I didn't mind it as much, but my wife generally likes to turn up the heater when she showers so she was less comfortable. Overall, it is a great location.

Response from Francesco:
Thank you Jonathan! I'm sorry you had an issue with the heater, you probably turned it off by mistake. I wish you would have let us know, and I could have helped you turn it back on. You would have had hot water within ten minutes.

A beautiful apartment!! Great location. Only 15 minutes of walking to city center of Sorrento but in a peaceful neighborhood away from all the noise. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for ourselves. Francesco and his mother were very kind and helpful people. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Sorrento!

Lovely studio, very clean, signora Pina was welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend to stay there. Very close to the station/ 2 min on the train to Sorrento or 20-30 min walking. When you come out of the house turn right and walk about 10min to the sea side, turn left on the main road and it is the best place to watch sunset by having coffee, gelato or Aperol Spritz at the bar next to the sea.

My sister and I stayed in Sant Agnello for 4 nights at the beginning of August and it was perfect. Francesco's Mum met us with the keys and was lovely, she showed us where things were and gave us a map of the area. The apartment is perfect for two - there's a nice balcony and it's a quiet area. It's a train/bus journey from Sorrento but you could also walk it. We were happy to be in a less touristy area. There are loads of options for meals and wine plus the apartment had a hob and fridge. We had a great time - it's within walking distance to the Marinella if you want a sun lounger and swim or you can easily get a train to Pompeii/Naples and Herculaneum. The bus from the airport stops at sant agnello and it's a two minute walk to the flat. Francesco checked to see if we needed anything which was great too. If we're back in the area we'd definitely go back - thank you Francesco!

We had a great stay here! Location was great! Very close to the Sant Agnello train station (2 min walk) and Sorrento about 20 min walk, very doable. The room was great for a few nights, just what we wanted. Communication with the host was clear and easy. We had Mrs Pina greet us and she gave us a lot of handy information about the town and Sorrento (thanks Mrs Pina)! I hope we'll be back one day!
