This fabulous upper suite features a gorgeous kitchen with stove in the enormous island, bright and cozy living room with Smart TV (Netflix, Prime video) and a gas fireplace.

The spacious deck has a hot tub - perfect for an evening. The inviting Master bedroom has an electric fireplace and Smart TV from which to enjoy a relaxing evening with just the two of you.

A shared yard with tenants downstairs gives a spot for kids and pets to run.

The space
Per City of Nanaimo short term rental rules, a maximum of 4 adults can stay in the home.

Newly renovated, you will find a chef's kitchen with all the cooking supplies you could want. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring, eat outside on the deck and enjoy the garden view. Enjoy a glass of wine while curled up with the family on the large sectional, or grab a book and read by the fire.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace and smart TV.

There is also two twin beds - one is a loft bed with a workspace underneath and a single bed, and another with a Queen bed.

There is also a Queen pullout sofa bed in the living room

There is a washer/dryer and all supplies you may need: laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, condiments, spices, paper towels. I want to make you stay as comfortable and convenient as possible!

In the summer, please help yourself to whatever is ready in the garden - there are plenty of vegetables, herbs and berries planted. As well, the large, shared backyard is available for pets and children to enjoy. If children are young or pets like to dig, please supervise ;).

This is a central, residential neighbourhood. A walk to the creek is just down the street, or walk to Diver Lake, a few blocks away. Diver Lake is a local fishing mecca. A short drive or bike ride takes you to either Brennan Lake or Long Lake, both fantastic swimming lakes. A 10 min drive takes you to Nanaimo's vast seashore, downtown, to the ferries or to all the convenient North Nanaimo Amenities.

I often travel to places where I can lay in the sun by a pool/beach, cycle, do some yoga and read. I like to travel by myself to have a break but generally travel with my family. If travelling alone, I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself. If with the family, we are considerate and friendly.
