Sorry, folks we have been hit hard by Hurricane Harvey. Thanks for all the outpouring of support for our devastated communities. We will be back better & brighter than before. Originally the manager's apartment in an historic 1937 movie theater, this 2nd floor walkup sits in the heart of downtown, an easy walk or bike ride to Conn Brown Harbor & Redfish Bay. 15 minutes from Rockport & Port Aransas art galleries and restaurants. This funky, eclectic space welcomes you.
The original "penthouse" apartment home of the manager of the 1937 Rialto Theater, he could walk out his door to change reels in the projection booth. He & his wife hosted dinner parties frequently which by all accounts were very well attended (I'm sure it helped that it was the first air-conditioned building in the area). Today, this space is available for private vacation rentals. Depending on schedule, the Rialto Theater downstairs is also available for additional event rentals. Guests must be 24 years and older.
Guests 24 and over have full access to the apartment.
Interaction with guests
We will be available for any questions.
