Everything was ok.

Location: Near the mains streets Riad: Inner courtyard is beautiful, however our room was not the one pictured and we had to share a bathroom one flight of stairs down. It's more like a youth hostel than a traditional riad. Communication: Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Amenities/Breakfast: Breakfast is standard Moroccan fair. Wifi only works well in the courtyard.

I absolutely loved this Riad. Not only was it beautiful, but the staff there are so amazing. They really did go above and beyond to make sure that their guests were comfortable. Ibrahim, Hassan, and Mohammed were great hosts, and I definitely recommend this place. The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful and very close to the medina. Additionally the restaurant on site is so great. I had really good traditional Moroccan food: Tajine, Mint Tea, and Breakfast here. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

The room is not like picture. The pictures are very beautiful and clean. But the room is very old and dirty. This is worst place I have never live. So we pay extra 20 euros to change another room. That room bigger than first room. But also not clean. The waitress are very kind and friendly. And the breakfast is good.

Photos were not accurate for the room advertised. Our original room was next to the stairwell, making it noisey. Simo was very nice, however, this Riad felt more like a youth hostel than a bed & breakfast.

Simo's riad is well located and we loved its beautiful courtyard and roof terrace. The breakfast was great and communication before our arrival was very swift and easy. On the downside, our room had been less private than the photos suggested. Our private bathroom was across the hall, which is a bit frustrating on cold winter days. Walls were paper-thin, and before sleeping we forcibly listened to the conversations of our neighbours. Muhammed, who welcomed us to the place, was helpful in providing us with maps and advice but he seemed pretty cold to us, especially after we had told him that were not planning to follow his suggestion of booking a walking tour. His brother, who we met during breakfasts, seemed very nice though, and so did other staff members. Altogether, this is a beautiful and well-located riad, but one that neither made us feel at home nor very comfortable.

Travel and interacting with different cultures is my life.

As a host, I want to help people enjoy the incredible beauty of Morocco and her lovely people, and at the same time give people a little bit of a break when they are feeling overwhelmed by it all.

Meanwhile, I can also offer loads of information on Moroccan tours, history, and cultural information, including cooking classes and language training in Arabic, English, Darija/Moroccan, or Berber for those who are interested.
Morocco has it all - the history, the markets ('souks') in the walled city ('medina'), the medieval city of Fez, the Atlas mountains (with skiing in winter) and beaches on both the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, not to mention the Sahara desert, where you can ride a camel and sleep in a tent - with air-conditioning (in the tent, unfortunately not on the camel).

Let me make your dream of an exotic vacation in Morocco come true. Just drop me a message and tell me what you need.
