The cottage is part of our family compound yet is private. It is surrounded by gardens, fields and woods and is adjacent to the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. The downstairs is open and includes the kitchen, living and dining alcove. A study is also on the first floor with cable TV and full size sleeping futon. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Many windows and the attached screen porch bring in light, fresh breezes, and the sounds of birds and the ocean. Come enjoy the many adventures that abound on the coast of southern Maine.

Peaceful retreat surrounded by the ocean and pristine marshes. Very quiet and secluded yet only 10 to 15 minutes from Kittery and Portsmouth, NH. Beaches, kayaking, biking, surfing, hiking, golf and more are easily accessible.

Bird watchers enjoy a multitude of sightings in the varied habitats and terrain on Cutts Island and in the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Local birdwatchers have recorded 81 different species this year.
Near by Mt Agamenticus Conservation Region is one of the largest coastal forests in the Northeast offering hiking trails, mountain biking and opportunities to explore a unique natural setting.

We have lived in Kittery Point, Maine for the past 18 years where we have raised our family. We love being on the water and are fortunate to live in this special place. We look forward to sharing it with you.
