A very short walk to the lake or town centre, Unit 10 Wendaleigh provides the perfect base camp for your Snowy Mountains adventures. The spacious, self contained, one bedroom unit also has a pullout double sofa bed for the extras. The separate laundry, bathroom, lock up garage and sunny balcony with BBQ make it easy to return home from skiing, snowboarding, snow play, cycling, bushwalking or summer lake adventures and recharge for the next day. The space
A WIFi router provides fibre to the curb NBN to the premises on an unlimited plan. Speeds do slow a bit if Jindabyne is chocka block.

The unit has a spacious lounge and bedroom. There is a 55 inch Panasonic Smart TV with internet connected so you can log in to your Netflix, Stan, Youtube and applications etc... There are some board games and great local area interesting books should you wish to relax. Some frisbee golf disks are provided for the nearby 18 hole course a few minutes walk away at the Claypits reserve. A dining table with four chairs is provided.

There is a separate laundry with a laundry tub, top load washing machine and dryer.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity, mirror and toilet.

The Kitchen has an electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, 300liter fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and everything else you expect.

There is a Weber Q2000 on the balcony with both a flat plate and grill. A spare gas cylinder is there to. Some outdoor tables and chairs are on the balcony for coffee or refreshments, with a mix of sun and shade available depending on the season.

The lockup garage fits a small to medium size car. You won't get a Landcruiser, Dodge Ram, large boat or F truck in. There is a heated area in the back of the garage which allows you to hang and dry ski and snowboard boots, gloves, clothing, wetsuits, waders etc. overnight. It is perfect to secure mountain bikes, road bikes, motorcycles or your car to keep the frost off the windows or keep your skis and boards secure.

Bedding
* The bedroom has a queen bed with lots of storage in drawers below the bed (Ikea Mandle), a hanging rail and large 6 chest of drawers.
* The lounge room has a fold out double sofa bed (Ikea- Friheten) see photos. The linen and mattress topper for this bed is stored below the corner lounge in the lift up storage.
* There is also a fold up single bed stored in the garage you can bring up if you wish with all linen provided.

2 minutes walk to town centre, Lake Jindabyne shared pathway, frisbee golf course and the MTB trail network. All pubs, clubs, the brewery, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and takeaways are within a 5 minute walk, no hills involved. Actually it is uphill to the brewery- but downhill on the way back.

One of Jindabyne's more desirable streets and locations. 30 minutes drive to Perisher or Thredbo and all the Snowy Mountains has to offer.
You can walk through towards Lake Jindabyne, just the other side of Kosciouszko road. A few minutes walk leads to Lake Jindabyne shared pathway and reserve, the Claypits recreation area and stage, and the 18 hole Frisbee Golf course ( there is a bag of frisbee golf disks hanging in the foyer for you to borrow).
