Cozy three-room apartment with stone stairs and fixtures located on the ground floor and first floor of an old renovated building. The accommodation is located in the center of Settignano, a characteristic hillside village just 8 km from the center of Florence. Away from the tourist chaos, but well positioned to enjoy the city and its surroundings. Free parking is available. Accommodation tax is collected by Airbnb. Have a nice stay.

Delightful apartment in a courtyard, renovated respecting the 19th-century origin, with original ceilings, floors and fixtures. Ideal for those seeking peace, tranquility and comfort. The apartment consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, especially suitable for a couple of children/teenagers or a single person, a large kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an anteroom with a walk-in closet, and a very modern bathroom with a sensory shower. Outdoor space for breakfast/lunch.
