Enjoy nature as a family, sun, pool, games and delicious grill, the cottage has an exceptional garden of almost 800 meters, with toys, games, pool, inflatables, terrace furniture for adults and children. Privacy: you don't have to share space with neighbors, everything you see in the photos is exclusive to the house. The house is made up of two small bungalows that I think are equipped with everything you need for a nice and fun stay. The beach is 10 minutes away.

There are free access beaches nearby, 10 min. for example Chocaya beach, Rosario, León dormido, La ensenada, etc.
Asia Boulevard is a 10-minute drive away, with round-trip access to the condominium nearby. Delivery services and option to place orders by phone to a nearby stocked cellar arrive. The whole house has a special sanitized water system with an ultraviolet water filter that kills virus and in the kitchen an additional water system with reverse osmosis to drink directly from the pipe.
