Ever want to stay in a nice house in a quiet neighborhood but is practically in the middle of everything? You found it! Three spacious and updated bedrooms (two with queen sized bed, one with a twin bed), big living room with plush leather couches and big tv, dining room area off the kitchen, luxury kitchen, and enjoy the big backyard with a deck, brick patio and garden. Basement with washer/dryer. Commute affordably with Uber to downtown for about $6, or park in your off-street spot but get anywhere downtown in ten minutes or less, from your block full of historic homes and beautiful front lawns.
One off-street parking spot, and shared backyard. This space is a two-story townhouse, joined to one similar townhouse that has a long-term tenant. Extremely nice and friendly neighbors!
Interaction with guests
We may not always be present to meet you, but we are available day or night via phone, text, and this app. We strive to be super-communicating when you need us, but out of your hair when you don't. We want you to have a great visit to Milwaukee but we respect your privacy.
You could see some of the next-door neighbors in the shared back yard or coming to/from work. Don't be afraid to say hi and introduce yourself. They've lived here for years and are always friendly.
Other things to note
Are you visiting Milwaukee for business? Brewhome is ten minutes from anywhere downtown, and because of the highway, 15 minutes from the airport.
Visiting for fun? Take a craft brewery tour- by my last count, Brewhome has 14 of them in a two-mile radius! No kidding! Also Wolf Peach, Stubby's, Bel Air Cantina are some amazing restaurants in walking distance.
Room for five guests- two queen beds and a twin bed.
Let's discuss if you want to bring Fido.
Planning a little get together? Please let us know and we'll give a heads up to the neighbors.
•No smoking indoors
Please treat this like your own home- if your mom was coming for a visit tomorrow :-) the Golden Rule applies, please clean up your own messes and keep it down to a dull roar (but seriously, keep respect for our neighbors in mind).
Of course, please contact us with any question no matter how small- looking for a kitchen gadget or can't figure out the remote? Please let us help.
When it's time to leave, please feel free to put dirty sheets and towels in a pile on a bed. Start the dishwasher for the dishes you use. We'll take out the trash.
I like to see people happy and giving them a great experiences. I am your regular out going southern guy. If I saw you out I am that person that would just start talking to you and I have been known to have drinks with complete strangers. I love what I do and the best part of my job is being able to meet new people from every walk of life. I have been serving guests and building communities since the age of 19 and I have been learning how to keep residents happy since the age of nine. People that have rented from me have said that I was the best and the most laid-back landlord they have ever had. I care about my guests and try to accommodate their every need when at all possible. Stay safe and have fun on your trip to Baton Rouge, New Orleans, or Milwaukee.
