This beautiful studio space we named “The SunnySide Studio”, is 350 square feet of livable space with a private entrance and patio in a quiet neighborhood.

Code locked gate with personal access to the walkway, key to the front door.

Other things to note
Friday’s are street sweeping days. They usually come around 9-10am, your car will need to be moved from the street to avoid being ticketed. You are responsible for any tickets your car receives. You can always park down the street on Thursday night if you do not want to be move your car that early. It’s a 4 min walk (0.2 miles away) to an area that gets swept in the afternoon. More info upon request.

No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the premises of the home. This includes any cigarettes, e-cigs, cigars, vapes, etc. Drug Free only

I have been married to my husband, Doug, for 38 years and counting! We have raised 5 children in this home and the recent addition of 2 grandchildren! One of our first dates was at Newport Beach riding a tandem bike. When we fell off the bike and into the sand off the boardwalk, we knew we could have lots of fun adventures together!
