The space
-A 1-minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the Keio New Line, it is also recommended as a center for business and sightseeing, and a base for students due to its easy access to Shinjuku.
-Although it is in a popular area, you can rent a room with a kitchen that is different from a business hotel. Located on the 2nd floor of Nagaya, which is lined with restaurants, you can enjoy various meals around your room.
-The room has a double bed and a loft-like space with one futon, so it can accommodate up to 3 people. Couples and friends can stay comfortably.
-Equipped with all the daily necessities such as microwave oven, refrigerator, tableware and pot, dryer, washing machine, kettle, WIFI, towel, shampoo, body soap, so you can spend your time at home.
-We will always send you the house guide prepared after the reservation is established. We also provide directions and information on electrical products, so we will provide safe support for those who are worried about traveling.
Guest access
-This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house to yourself. 100% privacy.
-The room is free to use 24hours.
-Please keep quiet in the house ※.
Other things to note
-The room is located on the second floor of a row house that houses restaurants. There are bars in the surrounding area, so please refrain from using this room if you are sensitive to noise.
-All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation.
-Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out
-Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
-There are two balconies, but please keep away from them as it is dangerous for small children.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
-Keep the volume down during the night
-No musical instruments.
-Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leave the flat
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.
-Party is prohibited
-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
-If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility). Please be aware of this before making a reservation.
