My apartment is Smoke Free which includes no smoking on the balcony. If you smoke you may do so outside of the building.
When using appliances especially the dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, guest must remain in the apartment. Remove lint from the lint catcher in the dryer door after every use to prevent risk of fire.
I ask guests to leave the place in the same neat and tidy condition as they find it which means taking out garbage, uneaten food and recycling and to wash and put away dishes upon departure.
I also have a no excessive noise policy/no party policy in respect of my neighbours and so I can continue to do what I do and very much enjoy doing!
