We booked Liz's place last minute for a quick getaway and Liz responded quickly confirming the booking. Throughout the trip Liz made sure we had everything we needed. The space is beautiful and the location cannot beat. It was very convenient and close to everything you need. The view is spectacular and there is loads of great energy in the house. Quiet and secluded. The beach down the hill is majestic and very peaceful with few visitors. I have every intention of returning.

Liz was a wonderful host. Her place is super cute, clean and in an awesome location! Steps from the most incredible (practically private) beach. I highly recommend staying at Liz's place. It's a gem.

Do not hesitate if you are searching for a peaceful, rejuvenating retreat. The daily cruise ships and boat traffic were a pleasure to observe while you decided how to spend your day. A car is a must, there's really nothing in walking distance but grocery stores and the best bakery is literally 5 minutes away. The kitchen has everything you could need if you decide to cook. We made breakfast several times before heading out. Washing machine is huge help. Geckos and humming birds highly entertaining. The beach is down a steep road so driving 30 seconds and parking with your umbrella etc easier than making the hike back up the hill after a cocktail. If you're looking for other travelers to speak to or constant foot traffic this is not for you. If you're looking to reconnect and recharge with your partner, book now! Oh and there is a hairdryer on site, needn't bring along. Much thanks to Liz and her family for a wonderful holiday.

first of all - thanx to liz&family for a wonderful stay at your apartment - if you like individual travelling and aren't a fan of 24-hours-animation oder all-in-cruises a stay at indigo bay will be the best choice of the island - yes, st.martin is a little bit touristic, noisy and and at the dutch side busy, but when you leave the trafficjammed mainroad and take the two minutes ride to liz you feel like in paradise! it's save, it's quiet, it's a flowered dream - sitting at the terrace in the morningtime, direct view to the large cruise-ships and watching the butterflies and colibris "at work" that are holidays :) the apartment is modern styled and well equipped, the kitchen-tools complete including a large fridge, a freezer, microwave, a 90cm oven and a dishwascher! you can start your day from the sleepingroom as well as the livingroom/kitchen via a full-sized glas-doors! a (small) car is real affordable and well recommended to reach all the attractions of the island within max 30-45 min, you have the chance to stay at non-touristic-spots with privacy eg cupcoybeach, gallionbeach or the hidden gem happybeach - daytrips to neighboured island like anguila, saba or st.barth are easy to reach - so everything is perfect also for a two-weeks-stay! don't hesitate and book your dream at liz apartment - we have it done and it was an allaround feeling of happiness :)

The condo was an exceptional retreat. Perched up on a hill overlooking Indigo Bay. There was virtually no one around us the entire time, except for Liz, Her husband, and middle-school aged son. The driveway is completely private and Liz and her family are close enough if you need them, but the guest condo is 100% private. We liked having them there as we felt our belongings were safer and we had someone available to help us if needed. There were security guards at the main entrance. I have never felt safer in the islands and without other tourists and hotel workers around us, we could not have been more relaxed. It was nice not having to wait in a long line every time we wanted something, as we did at a hotel before we got to our stay at Liz's place! If you are looking for a private, romantic getaway, at a great deal, this place cannot be beat!!! The condo was very spacious with a full sized kitchen, laundry, and bedroom with a nice bed, large shower and toilet. Everything was immaculate. The outdoor deck is where we spent most of our time. The view was priceless and her patio furniture was comfortable. We bought groceries and drinks at Carrefour and made breakfast at the condo, took lunch to the various beaches (Mullet Bay was our favorite) and went out for dinner most nights. It was nice to bring leftovers home from dinner and enjoy them the next day. Liz was extremely welcoming, a very warm and friendly personality. She communicated effectively and promptly. I asked many questions leading up to the stay and she answered the all thoroughly. Any time we needed something, either a question about her place or advice on things to do in St. Maarten, she was quick to respond and her advice was altogether very good. I wish we could have stayed longer and will hopefully get the chance to return to her lovely condo! My only advice is to rent a car. The condo is centrally located to most of the best places to visit...Almost center part of the Dutch side but a quick 20 minute drive north to the French side. We got a a good deal at Francine's Car Rental and drove all over the island. It was well worth it!! All in all, we could not have asked for a better 12 day holiday vacation in St. Maarten, thanks to Liz!!

Lovely villa with an amazing view. The house was easy to reach with our tiny Hyundai rental car from the airport, although in general it's pretty congested around rush hour. The house was everything we hoped for. Spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and a helpful host. We did have to deal with mosquitoes in the evening, but they weren't bothersome enough to prevent us from enjoying the terrace. "Vibe"-wise we liked the French side of the island better, but that's probably just our preference. No matter which side you prefer, we would recommend going to the Super-U supermarket in Marigot for your groceries. We would visit Liz again!

Modern Apartement, very well equiped, peaceful and quiet with a wonderful view over the ocean and the sunset. Liz is a very friendly and relaxed host, she gave us a lot of helpful tips, to make our trip to St. Maarten and the stay in her apartment unforgetable.
