It's now available after 27 years of fine tuning the joinery with a mallet and chisel. From I-5 a 3 mile country road brings you to a circle drive and the structure. It has a loft, wood stove, radiant heat, and an outside chiminea.
Write a book, pray, meditate or practice your yoga while you watch the sunset. In winter enjoy the raindrops on the metal roof as you stay warm by the fire in the wood stove. In the summer stay cool under the 4 ceiling fans. In the spring and fall gather around the chiminea to study the constellations.
The timber frame is on 5 acres with a creek and you are free to roam. Recently a herd of 32 elk were in the adjacent pasture.
