On the border of Venice Beach and Santa Monica, this pretty private studio (part of main house, but completely private) is a hidden gem. Small kitchenette with induction range. 10 min bike/5 min drive to Venice or Santa Monica beaches! 10 minutes to LAX. Blazing 500MB wifi!

The space
We are a 10 min bike ride (or 5 min drive) from famous Venice Beach. Pack a picnic and enjoy it in the California sun! The cottage is walking distance to two large parks, a golf course, shopping/bars/restaurants and the beach. The 10, 405 and 90 freeways are within minutes and LAX is a 15 min drive away.

From this awesome location, you can bike, walk or drive to world-famous restaurants, like Cafe Gratitude, Rose Cafe, Gjusta, Gjelina, Wabi and more. You can also enjoy the Venice and Santa Monica nightlife scene without worrying about designated drivers or cab fares - just Uber back to your home away from home! Our neighborhood is clean, safe, and overall a wonderful location for a short-term stay. There are also lots of great parks, dog runs, and neighborhood strolls in the area.

Other things to note
We are near a small airport and occasional planes can be heard overhead. Their frequency varies but most people just tune them out. Additionally there is a nearby road and there is some traffic noise. If you're very sensitive to noise this may not be the right place for you, but really it's not a disturbance for 99% of our guests. The planes don't fly at night.
