The apartment provides essential items to ensure you have a hassle-free start to your stay. Do remember our apartment is not all-inclusive. Some items may need replacing by you during your stay.


For Your Stay:
We provide laundered & ironed linens, towels, tea towel, bath mat, kitchen cloth for your stay. If you require us to provide clean sets during your stay we can. Please ask for details (fees & info) before booking. We’ll be delighted to clarify.


We provide tea, coffee, coffee plunger, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, kitchen cloth, scouring sponge, body wash, shampoo & hand soap, and most importantly great ‘free’ wifi for use throughout your stay.

We provide shared bottles of body wash, hand wash, and shampoo to make your stay feel relaxed and home‑from‑home. If anything runs out during your stay, just let us know.


We understand that some guests prefer to use their own products for brand or hygiene reasons, so if that’s your preference, please remember to pack your toiletries


Essential Arrival Supplies:
We also provide ‘Essential Arrival Supplies’ such as toilet, kitchen towel papers & bin bags. Our apartment is not all inclusive. If these items require replenishment during your stay you will need to replace them.

Our Apartment – General Info:
The dimensions are, inside – 45m2 (490sq feet).


The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.


We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. We provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment.


We’re always looking forward to hosting great people. Email us if you require additional information or have budget challenges, which need support.

Guest access
Enter through a street front (code provided). We use a key safe system for storing the apartment keys. This means you’ll have no hassle access regardless of arrival time. We provide a short video (link) after booking, which shows ‘How This Works’.


The apartment, located in Central Dublin and situated on the 3rd floor. There are six flights of steps to go up. Please bear this in mind if you have a disability, babies, young children or lots of luggage.


Access once inside our building is through the hallway, which leads you directly to the stairs, which lead to the apartment front door on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We have automatic lights in the hallways so for those arriving after dark access is very easy and safe.


Once inside you will see that all the rooms in the apartment are on the same level. This makes it straightforward when moving about.


Details for these are provided five (5) days before you arrive or immediately if you book less than five (5) before your arrival. This in triggered when your booking is confirmed.

Other things to note
We provide one (1) apartment front‑door key for your use during your stay. You have unlimited and sole use of the Key Safe throughout your stay. If members of your group need to access the apartment at different times during the day or night, we recommend placing the key in the Key Safe to make this easy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide more than one key.


Always remember to take the key with you when stepping outside. People sometimes, intentionally or unintentionally, close the door without the key and lock themselves out. In such cases, a locksmith must be called, and you will be responsible for all associated costs.


We turn the heating off when the apartment is unoccupied. This prevents unnecessary energy wastage, as homes continuously lose heat through walls, windows, and roofs. The central heating system in the apartment is very efficient and usually warms the apartment within 15–30 minutes.


The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term lettings. It ideally suits business people, visitors, couples on holiday or academics. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. We really don’t mind.


This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a family gathering do please discuss.

The apartment located near O'Connell, Dublin 2, is within a short distance of many of Dublin’s sights, from the River Liffey to Temple Bar to Grafton Street, Dublin’s wonderful retail haven. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Trinity College/Book of Kells.


O’Connell St, The Grand Canal, Dail (Ireland’s parliament), Dublin Castle, Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Christ Church Cathedral and of course Guinness’s are all within 10-15 minutes walking or by bus, tram or cab.


There are lots of shops near the apartment and the best groceries are in an array of shops nearby, (less than five (5) minutes walk) to O’Connell Street, which is busy & buzzing. Tesco Express is two minutes away. There is a Spar directly across the road and a Super Valu Grocery store four (4) minutes walk away.


Christchurch, Temple Bar, O’Connell St, Grafton St, The Quays have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes for your enjoyment. Many are within close walking distance and others a few minutes in a taxi or bus.


For those looking for late nightlife there are clubs on Leeson Street and in or around Grafton Street, which will cater for your needs.


For our sport loving fans the apartment is located approximately 20 minutes from Croke Park, Dublin 3 where they stage fantastic GAA games and Lansdowne Road (Aviva Stadium), the home of Irish Rugby union.


For theatre lovers the An Bord Gais Theatre is 1.5km away. The Three Arena is 2.5 km away and The Abbey Theatre is 700m away.
