Bee's property is lovely inside. The decor is modern and clean. The building is deceptively larger than it appears from the outside! From the bedroom you can watch the tide come and go. It was very quiet to stay at and there is rarely traffic nearby. The kitchen has enough utensils to make it easy to cook in the property if you wish to. Bee was a lovely host. She left us milk and pastries in the fridge for our arrival. She was fantastic with answering all my questions before I arrived and was very pleasant in person.

What a perfect house in a perfect spot! The converted stable was beautifully restored and private in a stunning location, but just near (a short drive or decent walk) to the foot ferry to Plymouth. The headland had some wonderful walking and scenery, and we very much enjoyed the gardens at Mount Edgcumbe and the villages of Kingsand and Cawsand (a drive or 40 minute walk over the hill). Bee was the perfect host and had made the house look lovely and welcoming. Everything was wonderfully clean, there was plenty of local information and the kitchen was well equipped. I can't recommend Bee's holiday let enough!

Fantastic location with short ferry trip to the beautiful, historic city of Plymouth or walk/drive/cycle into stunning Cornwall. The property was everything we hoped for and more. We will definitely come again. Thank you

We loved the location, watching the tide change and the water traffic - boats and birds! Enjoyed exploring the area on foot, walking to Cremyll to catch the ferry and exploring Mt Edgcumb too. Our reason for visiting was a birthday party at Mt Edgcumb but loved discovering the area. Thank you Bee for the sweet peas and the cream tea, much appreciated! Wifi is not great but hey for us that added to the chilled few days but appreciate not all will agree.

A lovely little stable conversion. Spotlessly clean and the added touches of flowers and cream tea were perfect. Bee was really helpful when we pitched up with car trouble. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and already have. Many thanks Bee and Andrew.

A barn with views of the estuary, in a quiet location located within the grounds of a larger house. The barn appears to have been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated, with 2 fantastic bathrooms. The barn has its own little private courtyard , where you can sit and relax. Bee was friendly & helpful. We would definitely visit again.
