Discover Trinco from this cute lagoon side home.
Fasmeed’s is a cute little place made especially for guests. Facing the lagoon and surrounded by a little garden, the home consists of two rooms with attached bathroom adjoining the main home of the Fasmeed family. The rooms can host 6 people, there’s parking space and they built a little hut right next to the lagoon, where you can hang out in the shade, read a book or (try to) catch a fish. A great place to use as a home base to explore Trinco and its surroundings.
Interaction with guests
Fasmeed, his mother and uncle run this place together. Fasmeed is a local school teacher who studies law at the local Eastern University. His mother takes care of the house and cooks killer curries, especially the ones with fresh-caught lagoon fish. The uncle is a certified tour guide who can take you all the way to Pigeon Island and other attractions.

Neverbeen offers a wide variety of rare homes off the beaten track, from fisherman's huts and tree houses to heritage homes and tea estates. Our team hand-picks and visits every home and meet all hosts to make ensure guests have a positively memorable stay in places they've never been.
We provide travellers and home owners in challenging locations with access to one another, by offering communication services, online marketing services and tourism training, so that locals can make a living off their home and travellers can get to stay in places they have never been.
As such, Neverbeen works for a world in which everyone has the chance to earn income by renting out their home, regardless of language, internet access and tourism experience.
In Sri Lanka, Dishan manages our growing group of homes in cooperation with our scouts, while Rohan creates listings and provides service. In Amsterdam, Marten works out international growth plans. Our team of in-house programmers is constantly developing the platform itself and Ernst & Young does our finances.
The first country we're active in is Sri Lanka, a beautiful country with many undiscovered places to stay. Due to it recently having opened up to tourism after decades of conflict, it is a great place to start and pilot the Neverbeen concept. We plan to expand to ten countries before the end of 2017.
