It truly is a walker's paradise. About a 25min walk from the closest village and around 20min drive to another village, this is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Only go though if you are not afraid of heights and love the outdoors!

We had a wonderful time in the house of Peter and Esperanza. The mountain road is narrow and winding and it takes about 15 minutes to get from the village Biniaratx to the house. (Perhaps not advisable to drive it in the dark.) But it’s worth it. It is located on one of the nicest parts of the island, 20 minutes from Soller and half an hour from the Port of Soller and the Beach. We enjoyed the stunning view, the peaceful surrounding, the comfortable house and especially the outside kitchen with the wood-fired oven. Peter and Esperanza gave us a very warm welcome and took the time to tell us about the house and the area. We are already making plans for a next visit. Thanks for a special week!

Peter met us in fornalutx and guided us up the mountain to the house. An interesting drive to do later if you have had a glass of vino with dinner in the town! House very clean and well equipped, isolated and very peaceful A great outdoor cooking and dining area with a BBQ and plenty of wood Peter was an attentive host checking all ok by phone during our stay The walk down the track to fornalutx is about 35 minutes and 50 back. If you want a complete chill then this is the place. Thanks for the wine, olive oil, homemade marmalade and other bits.... a nice touch

Five stars says it all! Peter and Esperanza have created a beautiful , relaxing and comfortable home from home. Peter kindly met us on our first day to get us up the mountain with our shopping and luggage .We found cold beers in the fridge for our arrival and homemade marmalade and fruit for our first kind.

Dear Peter and Esperanza, Thank you again for a lovely stay at you’re cabin. It was the perfect surroundings for our vacation. Thank you for a warm welcome and the start package :) The cabin is great, everything feels new and very clean. We spent a lot of time just on the grounds and in the cabin. It was perfect with the outdoor kitchen that we used every day. The time just stands still with the stunning view across the valley, and the sheep-bells in the background. Pictures can’t capture the feeling of this place, or the surroundings, you need to see it for you’re self. Everything good i have read on your wall is correct, and a small car is the best way to get up the mountain, we had a hatchback and it was no problem. Thank you ones again and we will be seeing you i the near future. All the best, Michael and Monica

This house feels like it's been build and filled with love, which makes perfect sense when you meet the hosts, Peter and Esperanza, who are warm and relaxed people with a good sense of humor. We felt extremely welcome and really can't praise this stay enough. You're only a 20 minutes drive away from the well-stocked Eroski-supermarket in Soller, and at the same time you're on a quiet mountain with fruit trees, sheep and a wonderful view. The place is so private, we slept with the bedroom doors wide open, which was nice and breezy in the warm summer night. We left yesterday and already wanna go back. NB: If you prefer quiet beaches, and don't mind driving a bit, we highly recommend Cala Sequer, Cala Tuent and Playa de Coll Baix. (Remember good walking shoes when going to Coll Baix. The climb down is steep and rocky.)

Friendly welcome from Peter & Esperanza, and welcome gifts of wine, home made olive oil & marmalade & huge basket of fresh fruit. Fantastic, private, location with stunning views across the olive groves and Soller valley to the sea. In June the sun arrives about 9am and shines on the terrace the whole day through until about 9pm, with beautiful sunsets. Huge choice of lovely walking direct from the door, including GR221 & path down to Fornalutx for shopping at the friendly Spar - great steaks for cooking in the outside kitchen (pizza oven too - needs lots of time to heat up!). Beach parasols, beach mats also available.
