Spacious & airy studio accommodation for up to 2 people. Bed & 'breakfast basket' in a converted granary set on a small family run farm on the edge of the busy village of Kingswear, just over the river from Dartmouth. New for summer 2017 - sun deck with beautiful farm views.

We have recently converted the Granary to provide a private and unique studio in a stunning location. We hope to provide you with all you would need to experience a relaxed and comfortable stay in this vibrant and beautiful area. New for Summer 2017: sun deck with beautiful farm views
