We didn't meet Vincent but he communicated with us well and his place was lovely. We were fortunate to meet some of the staff from the hotel who were having a BBQ and invited us to join them. We had a fantastic night thanks to their kindness and friendship

Vincent's apartment was clean, well equipped and very conveniently located a short walk from the beach. It is is really good option if you are travelling to Pismo.

This was my first time using Airbnb and Vincent made it all very easy. He was very responsive to all of my questions and queries- and I would highly recommend this place to others. The room was clean and comfortable, and was perfect for what I was after. Thanks!

We didn't get to meet Vince, but he made the whole process very smooth and easy. The apartment is pretty much as we expected, nice and clean and a good size for a few nights stay. We couldn't find the wifi code when we arrived and Vince was really responsive, he messaged back and then called to make sure we found it ok. And he was really flexible on check out which was great. The area itself is an interesting one, not the normal Californian beach you'd expect due to cars and 4x4's allowed on the beach. But it's a pleasant 3 mile walk along it into Pismo itself. There's not too much in the area, so it would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the apartment. There was a microwave and fridge but that was it. There are some lovely places nearby if you have transport, Avilla beach and Arroyo Grande are both full of character, and the Eclair Bakery in AG is particularly worth a visit. We also got a great welcome from his Neighbour who treated us with some of his fabulous Santa Maria beer which is brewed locally. All in all it was a good experience and good value if you're looking for somewhere to stop for a few nights.

Vincent's place is awesome! Minutes away from the beach, local restaurants and more. We walked to the beach each evening to watch the sunset. I would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Travel adventures enrich my life, and sharing a wonderful home as an AirBnB host brings good energy. I'm a private pilot and local musician with a day job and enjoy meeting great people through the flow of life. I'm allergic to animals however I always make friends with every cat and dog I meet assuming I can wash my hands right away, regardless I can not accommodate pets. I recently remodeled my entire home to contemporary design
