If you're looking for comfortable and cosy room in a lovely apartment, located close to city centre and close to all the cool spots - this is the offer for you!
As hosts, we will answer all your questions and make sure you feel at home.
If you’re looking for an inexpensive cosy, clean and comfy place to stay in Copenhagen you are checking the right offer :-)
We rent 1 room (with 2 beds) in our spacious 3-room apartment.
The design of 2 of the rooms (including the one for rent) is quite unusual. Most of the wall between the room we have for rent and the living room is removed (There is a curtain that can be used to separate the two rooms for more privacy). This way we would share the space in the living room. Both rooms partially joined together create a large, comfortable living space.
Although the room for rent is only partially separated from the living room, visitors will have 100% privacy for a good night sleep and more than enough space to store your belongings. Please look at the pictures to see how the apartment is arranged. Lately we've adjust the arrangement of the furniture in the room so it looks slightly different from the pictures included. However, it is the same room, includes the same furniture, just arranged differently :-)
More specific about the room and our apartment:
It is a bright, large room with a big window, partly joined with the living room
There are two double beds in the room: one futon that folds into a couch and a sofa that unfolds into full bed. This way two people can sleep very comfortably, each having a big bed. If you are more than two people we do have the same space listed for 4 people at a slightly higher price.
Friends and family staying in our place always mentioned that the beds are comfortable.
Furthermore there is a dining table and a wardrobe with draws for you to put your belongings in.
The bathroom and toilet are separate from each other
The kitchen is spacious and has all the equipment you’ll need to make your breakfast, coffee, tee, lunch or dinner.
There is a backyard with a small garden, grill and small table
We keep our apartment clean.
We provide bed sheets, pillows, blankets and towels
You will get space in the bathroom cabinet to put your toiletries.
You will get space in the fridge if you need it
You are welcome to use all the equipment in the kitchen including: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee grinder, coffee maker and whatever else you may need, including all the kitchen utensils.
We have wireless internet in our apartment that you are welcome to use
You are welcome to watch TV and use space in the living room
We can lend you a bike or sometimes two to get around Copenhagen and trust us, there is no better way to get around the city than by bicycle!
The appartment is located in the heart of Nørrebro, which has arguably become Copenhagen’s edgiest hub. A heady mix of hipsters, students and immigrants mingle in the cafes and galleries around the district’s focal square, Sankt Hans Torv (2.2km (1.3 miles) away). Many cosy shops, places for eating in the area, night clubs, green gardens and parks also close by.
The apartment is in a great location and it is very easy and quick to get to and from the city center and many other attractions:
First of all, it takes 10-15 mins. to get to the center by bike
Walking would take you 20 -25 mins.
Bus stops for many directions about 2 minutes walk away. Buses: 6A,5A, (phone number hidden) S, (phone number hidden) S.
Nørrebro station for train is 2 minutes walk away, and this train will take you to the underground metro in 4 minutes.
Using the metro, then the train for 3 stops, we are approximately 40 mins from the Copenhagen airport.
We (Agnieszka and Lindy) are very hospitable, open minded and relaxed young people and we enjoy having guest in our place. Most of the day we are out of our apartment, working at the University of Copenhagen.
We will respect your privacy and make sure you feel at home.
You will not only stay in the heart of wonderful Copenhagen but also experience Polish- and Saint Lucian hospitality ☺
We will be more than happy to help you out with getting around the city and finding interesting things to do and places to visit.
We speak the following languages:
Agnieszka: English, Polish, quite some Danish
Lindy: English, Spanish, Creole (Patois), some German and Danish
We live on a generally quiet street away from the main traffic, so you can get some good night sleep.
It is possible to park your bike in safely in the backyard.
Guests will have access to the living room including TV & wireless internet.
Kitchen and all its equipment as well as space in the fridge, glasses, cups, plates and cutlery and so on.
Bathroom and toilet. Backyard with grill.
Interaction with guests
That very much depends on the guests. We are very open for interaction with our guests and we're always ready to help out and answer questions. We had some guests with which we cooked together, partied together, talked for hours and became really good friends with. However, if you're a more private person we will certainly respect that.
Please respect our home and our neighbours.
It would be ideal if you called or texted me once you get on a metro at the airport (or a bus at the central station) so I can plan when to be home to welcome you.
We are non smokers so no smoking in the apartment. You can however go down on the block or in the backyard (we live on the 1st floor which makes is very very easy) :-)
You can leave and come back home anytime you want. No restrictions ;-)

I’m 33 years old and I originally come from Poland.
My husband and I have been living in Denmark in Copenhagen for the last 11 years. First, I finished my education at the University of Copenhagen and then decided to stay in this wonderful city, started working in the field of science and have been enjoying my life in Denmark.
In March 2015 I temporally moved to Melbourne, Australia however, we've returned to Copenhagen in June 2016.
I am a positive, easy-going and open-minded person. Sometimes even too optimistic about life but it’s been working for me so far so why change it;-)
I enjoy learning and getting better at what I do. I like my job very much and it gives me lots of satisfaction.
Furthermore, I love dancing. It is my passion and I’ve been dancing since I was a little girl.
Music is a big part of my live and my “happy feet” just can’t stay in place when the cool tune is on :-)
I enjoy traveling and performing arts. My last travel was to amazing Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean, the motherland of my husband and I loved every minute of it!! There is nothing more inspiring and enriching than getting to know new people, new cultures and seeing and experiencing new places.
