Private bedroom & bathroom + den suite in our LGBTQ+ friendly residence, with access to shared pool and tropical backyard. Located in Fort Lauderdale's Poinsettia Heights neighborhood, it is the perfect setting to lounge by the pool (heated in winter) or enjoy the beach within minutes. Close to Las Olas area, Galleria Mall, and Wilton Drive's restaurants and nightlife. Whether you wish to eat in or go out to nearby eateries, this suite offers all options for a relaxing vacation or workation.

The space
The suite is completely private with its own entrance located at the north end of the residence. It includes a separate Den area, a full bathroom and a combination bedroom/kitchenette room which includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso, and kitchen essentials to whip up basic meals. In addition it has a full closet for clothes and storage, and another closet with washer/dryer, and supplies. You will have complete access to the shared (with partner & I) private tropical backyard with lounging chairs, dining area, sitting area and BBQ

Guest access
Ample parking at the residence with one dedicated parking spot for our guests. The Suite is completely isolated from the main house and has its own keyless entrance and its own dedicated gate.

Other things to note
For guests on a "workation" , please note that the den has an efficiently engineered coffee table that converts (easily) into a full table to eat or work while overlooking the garden and pool, and/or also watching your favorite channel on a smart TV.

I am originally from Montreal, Canada but I have been in the US for a good portion of my adult life. I have recently retired and I have launched an AIRBNB in my lovely home in Fort Lauderdale. I maintain a healthy lifestyle through outdoor activities, including working around the house, and physical fitness.
