Located in the heart of the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood, this spacious and very private apartment occupies the entire second floor of a two-story 1925 home with separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and combined living/dining room. For those quests that would like the option to dine in, the country/farm kitchen is fully-equipped with pretty much everything you'll need to prepare and cook your own meals. The Victorian-style bathroom has a claw foot tub that includes a faucet, hand shower & shower head so depending on your preference, you can either enjoy either a relaxing bath, take a refreshing shower or have a quick rinse using the handheld. The bedroom is appointed with French-style decor including a very cozy queen-size bed with memory foam top. The living and dining rooms have an eclectic feel with various vintage and antique furnishings. Also includes a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast for streaming your favorite entertainment and apps from your phone, tablet or laptop.
Located only three blocks from the third largest waterfront park system in North America with miles of recreation trails along the edge of Tampa Bay. Also only a short walk or bike ride to the downtown St. Pete area or a short drive to the surrounding areas including the many Gulf beach communities and Tampa. The Bradenton/Sarasota area is about a 45-60 minute drive and Orlando is about a 60-90 minute drive.

Having lived in the Toronto, Canada area for the majority of my life, I decided to relocate to Florida in 2008 and have been a resident of St. Petersburg since 2014.
As a Sales Professional for over 20 years combined with my passion for travel, interacting and connecting with people from different walks of life is something that I've always enjoyed and has been a wonderful learning experience which I'm very grateful for.
