Carla and her flatmate Nils are very nice and friendly, Carla gave me all the information I needed to get to Berlin from Schonefeld Airport and more precisions on where to find cool places to hang out. The room is really pretty, clean and the bed very comfortable! Also the flat is very close to one of the bus stop (171) from Schonefeld airport, that's pretty handy! Thank you for hosting me :)

I had such a great time staying at Carla's. She was a wonderful host providing lots of suggestions for food and drinks. Her room is very comfortable and cozy. The apartment is in good part of the neighborhood, lots of bars and cafes all around but also quiet at night. Carla's roommate Neil is super welcoming and friendly. Staying at Carla's was a great experiences and I can highly recommend her place!

My stay at Carla's place was absolutely perfect. The room in itself is big and cosy and the apartment is really well located. The neighbourhood is great and there's plenty of cool cafes and restaurants. Carla left me a letter with some nice tips (thank you!) and her roommate Niles was super kind and welcoming. I totally recommend this place!

I really felt in my house. The room was very clean and orderly. Carla left me a few interesting advices for beginning my stay in the good way. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet almost all the time, even in the morning and afternoon. Nils was so nice and kind. He cooked a tipical german recipe, the fliederbeersuppe or something like that. Delicious. Thank you guys.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment and Carla was an excellent hostess. She was available to answer any of my questions and freely offered excellent tips on how to navigate the city and make the most of the neighborhood. Niles, her roommate that I stayed with for a week was super sweet and when he was around, made me coffee and pesto. (Thanks Niles!) I highly recommend this place it to anybody who wants a quiet, relaxed sanctuary in the best area of Berlin.

We met her roomate and it was really great with him !! We loved the room and we loved Berlin. This district is really nice and it's a perfect place to have a look on how Berlin is, how it is working, what's happening here. We felt really comfortable in the entire flat and also because Carla prepared everything for us ! So thank you a lot definively our best holidays!

The apartment is super cute and comfortable (see: large comfy bed!!) Carla even left a few drawers empty and open for me to organize and feel at home. Nils, her roommate, was very friendly and interesting, and helped me feel welcomed into Berlin and their home. Carla left a note which detailed some recommendations in the neighborhood and other parts of Berlin-- which I tried and they were fantastic. The neighborhood was very cool, but it was a bit out of way in terms of exploring all of Berlin-- but it was not a problem for me at all ( I just thought it would be worth noting, as the only "negative"). Everything was clean and in would definitely recommend it!! Thank you Carla and Nils!!!

Response from Carla:
I'll provide some notes with directions and connections next time :) Neukölln is inside the center of Berlin and our place is surrounded by a pretty good traffic system. I admit its tricky to visit all Berlin if you are only walking. Here is my advice: The bus (M41 ->Hertzbergplatz or Geygerstr) is one minute down the road and takes you through the whole city. The subway (U7 ->Rathaus Neukölln or Karl-Marx-Str) is 10 minutes walking distance. The Train (S41&42 ->Sonnenallee) is 8 minutes walking distance. See you next time in Berlin - it was super nice to have you over!
