This house ideally located at 500m from the beach of La Varde will charm you for your family stay by the sea. Located in a quiet residential area, the house, fully equipped and very functional is ideal for two couples and 2 children. Another advantage is that it offers a residential swimming pool! The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September as it is not heated, with secure access by badge.

On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private parking space outside, suitable for all types of cars.
