be “at home” and have full use of all the facilities. My room at the back of the house was south facing and benefited from the early morning sun and a view towards the dome of St: Paul's and the Shard in the distance (as long as the tree in the garden is not in full leaf) The room was small but very comfortable and the bed good and firm. The bathroom on the top floor was a bit to small for me but then i am 6ft 6. (2m) so i preferred the lower landing bathroom with is generous walk in shower. The kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly want and the connected sitting room is comfortable with sofas, t.v. and and dining area. The room has a charming wood floor and lovely proportions and period features with two big windows looking out onto the street that make for a light and airy atmosphere. The stairs are narrow and steep with a high step rise so would present a challenge for oversize luggage, however as someone who lives in a ground floor flat I enjoyed the exercise. The house is on a road is width restricted with speed bumps so there is no heavy traffic outside. It is a very short walk to the buss stop on Greys Inn road which provides a good choice of buss routes likewise to the Mount Pleasant bus stop and the Exmouth Market area. The house sits in a position that allows for the exploration of some of the really interesting historical ares of London on foot. Bloomsbury and the British Museum are a short walk to the west. the historic area of the Inns of Court to the south towards the river, to the south east Clerkenwell, Old Street and the Barbican. To the north Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. For a city walker like myself with an interest in museums and architecture old and new alike this was a prefect place to wander out from. All necessary amenities, shops, pubs, cafes and transport points are within easy waling distance. I will certainly stay again when i next go to London and will recommend it any of me friends who plan to visit. Oh! and the cat is a bundle of fun.

Lovely clean and tidy flat. Communication and check in was very good. The room was small but fine for me on my own. Very comfy bed. Tina was away for most of my stay but very friendly when I did meet her. Thank you!

Tina's place is spectacular. Clean, cozy, and in a very convenient location. Tina and her family are very friendly and accommodating and I felt comfortable staying in her home!
