Based on Chungju Dam, about 2 minutes by car in the upstream direction, there is a Chungcheongbuk-do Teacher's Welfare Center, and our accommodation is located about 200m upstream from here.

Right in front of our accommodation (about 50m), there is a promenade along Chungju Lake, Jongnaeg-gil, and Gyeongmyeong Mountain Garden, a water sports ski resort, and on the opposite side of the lake, you can see the Chungju Lake cruise ship dock. If you go upstream for about 3 minutes, you will see Chungju Gyeongmyeong Mountain Recreation Forest.

In addition, within 10 minutes by car, there are Chungju Hwahok Cave and Ecological Experiment Center, and within 30 minutes, there are about 10 golf courses, Jungangtak, Tangeumdae, and Suanbo Oncheon, and within an hour, it is also connected to Jecheon and tourist attractions in the Danyang area.
