Enjoy a private bed and bathroom in a quiet home on the westside of Athens. This house is just 4.7 miles to the heart of downtown Athens and The University of Georgia's North Campus. Common areas include a living area, kitchen with breakfast area, formal dining room, and a back porch/grill, etc.
This space is unique in that it is super easy to access most points in the city with a quick drive, but still affords a quiet night's sleep.
With the exception of the home office, master bedroom, and master bathroom, our guests have run of the house, and are encouraged to enjoy any common area amenities of their choosing.
Interaction with guests
Whether it is as simple as a greeting in passing or a shared dinner, we interact with our guests as little or a much as they desire.
Other things to note
This home is shared by Rusty and Jake, a couple who share the master bedroom. They are working professionals who mostly occupy the space in the evenings. It is also shared with Luna, a 50lb. rescue dog who's full of personality. Luna can be briefly territorial as far as anyone entering the house, but is harmless once you have passed the door. We will be happy to change bed or bath linens at your request during your stay.
We understand you are a paying guest in our home, but ask that you are respectful of our property and hospitality. We ask that you do not feed Luna, our dog.

Professional hotelier by day...dog lover, wine drinker, and Netflix-er by night. After long walks on the beach, Rusty, my boyfriend, and I enjoy meeting new people, playing house, and hanging out with friends.
