Skaypa Treehouse takes escapism to a different level. Not only do you have vast Cornish skies overhead as you look up from your private balcony but you also have a canopy of mature oak, beech and ash trees .. This peaceful spot places you eye-level with the trees and brings woodpeckers,, owls and bats into view at dawn and dusk.
Along the path is your own private area with log heated hot tub for you to relax in . PLEASE NOTE:Depending on ambient temperature the hot tub can take 1-2 hrs to heat.

The space
Every inch of Skapya’s Nordic-inspired inside has been carefully kitted out to make your stay extra-luxe. There’s a Scandinavian-style kitchen with sleek black Neff induction hob and combi oven, a Ekol log burner with integrated oven and hotplate to cook on (logs, matches and kindling are provided), Bluetooth LP player, and Smart TV with superfast broadband and Wifi.

At the far end of Skapya, there’s a double bedroom, complete with a feather-soft double bed dressed in Chalk and Pink Linen Company linen and a glass door to your private balcony. There’s also a separate shower room with a drenching rainforest shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin where you can reinvigorate yourself with local handmade toiletries .

Guest access
From the gravelled car park there is a single step and slight slope to the otherwise level path/walkway to the treehouse. There is a very small (5cm) step to the main door but once in its all on one level. The exterior patio/space is along a part gravelled/part woodchip walkway that rises and falls gently into the woods.

Other things to note
We have a portable barbecue, picnic basket and rugs for you to use during your stay to enjoy the outside spaces of Cornwall.
Only a 5 minute walk away is a deli/shop, riverside cafe and pub. Also, The National Seal Sanctuary is only around the corner for a great day out.
Beautiful beaches are a 10 minute drive away and many fabulous walks right from your doorstep.
