Situated on the North Downs, Denmark House is the perfect place to spend time with family & friends.

The property been a successful world class residential recording studio for many years, and now, after extensive renovations, we have now opened our doors for short term lettings.

The studio is available on request, and we also have on site a beauty salon, cafe and riding school where you can book riding lessons & hacks.

On the ground floor, the main living area is a light, spacious and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area (seating 14), with a large open fire place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a 7 burner range cooker and all the gadgets and utilities you could need.

The lounge opens out into the spacious patio and garden.

There is an additional 50sqm lounge available in the studio, perfect for late night movies and as an alternate entertainment space. This room is available on request and at an additional cost. In the photos this is listed as living room 2. The newly refurbished games room is on the 1st floor, and has its own snug TV area.

All 3 lounges have a SmartHDTV with all services included. Surround sound is available in both lounges. WiFi is available throughout the property. 

The first floor has 4 double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and 2 single bedrooms and bathroom.

You'll be located just outside the quiet village of Bluebell Hill, with stunning views and walks on your doorstop.

Squirells riding school is on the doorstep with Cafe plus, there is a great pub down the road, and the village of Maidstone is just 10 minutes away by car. You can even be in London for a night out within 50 minutes.

We have 2 beauty treatment rooms on site and we offer manicures, pedicures, body, massage, waxing , facials, and lash and brow treatments.
A 50% treatment deposit will need to be paid before treatments can be booked in. These are listed as events rooms in our photos.

The recording studio is available on request.

Whistable. Brighton is only a 45 minute drive away!

Outlet Centre is 30 mins away. Both are accessible by
local public transport.
