Huge bedroom with comfy queen bed on private third floor of our lovely Passyunk Square rowhome. Lots of sunlight, skyline view, desk, closet. You have sole access to private 3rd floor bathroom.
Stay in one of Philly's best neighborhoods in a quiet beautiful three-story rowhome. The house itself has been lovingly maintained and beautifully renovated, with hardwood floors throughout. Location is perfect, with access to Broad Street subway line, 23 bus, bike lanes, and bike share. Walking distance to Center City. Just a few blocks to Passyunk Avenue restaurants and bars, Italian Market, and terrific Vietnamese and Mexican food. Also within two blocks are large grocery stores, CVS, 7-11, PA wine and liquor store, cute breakfast spot, etc.
Your bedroom is located on the private third floor. The third floor has its own central air and heating system, which you control. It also has an airy clean bathroom with shower, and we offer basic amenities and clean towels. The bathroom is solely for our airbnb guests. You also have access to a huge washer and dryer located in the third floor bathroom.
Your room is a sunny and spacious bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, two big windows, tons of light, and a view of Philly's iconic skyline. This room also contains a desk, nightstands, closet, and standing fan. The room sleeps two people comfortably.
Guests have access to the space on the first floor, including powder room, dining room, kitchen, and small back patio. Ask before using large kitchen appliances, but help yourself to some coffee. Please enjoy our fast secure wifi, available throughout the house.
Interaction with guests
We will greet you and show you the ropes, and we will be available to answer any questions about our home, our neighborhood and our city. Our bedroom is on the second floor of the house. But we are also pretty hands-off. Feel free to come and go as you please, to keep to yourself, to sleep in, etc. We won't bother you!
No smoking, please.
