The space

My apartment has a very large living area of 80 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. The dining area easily seats six with comfortable chairs and breathtaking views. A huge sofa for reading, chilling or watching T.V. is available and of course for your comfort all the lights can be dimmed depending on your mood! A beautiful terrace where you can gaze at the 1000’s of sparkling city lights.

Just 5 minutes walk to nearest skytrain (Krung Thon Buri).

Guest access

My apartment is fully equipped for all your entertainment needs, including a 60" LED Television, WIFI, DVD movieplayer and air conditioning to ensure you remain comfortable throughout your entire stay. The master bedroom have king-size beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, with a 50" LED Television with APPLE TV and BOSE TV sound box system. Two other bedrooms has large double bed, with TV. 6 guests can stay with plenty of room. Swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre which are all located on the 5th floor. Laundry facilities, ATM, 24/24 supermarket, restaurants and parking are all located on the ground floor.

Interaction with guests

Once you confirmed the booking, I will let my condo manager take the cation and send full details of condo manual. She will give her best assistance to all your needs, but please understand that she is not the hotel staff, they are not concierge staff, so please do not treat her as such, and we kindly ask you to be polite with her.

I could be reach 24x7 anytime via email, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), LINE or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).

Other things to note

We are friends! This is a FREEHOLD property and I am the owner. You are my inviting stay guests. Our friendship speaks for itself.

You might have read or seen from somewhere that Airbnb or similar sites have been comment in newspapers or television, for this "short rental" is supposedly “ilegal” business.

But this is NOT true in Bangkok!

HOUSE CLEANING :
We will provide a house cleaning every time before your check in. I provide up to once a week complementary cleaning service for guests staying over one week. You can request extra cleaning services, should you need it, at the cost of US$ 30/cleaning.

NO SMOKING :
It is STRICTLY no smoking inside the apartment, you may smoke on the balcony but please do not throw the "butt" out of the balcony and do not bring the smoke smell inside the apartment.

SAVE ENERGY :
And if you could turn the air conditioning and lights off each time when you leave the apartment, to help us look after mother earth, that would be great too.

LATE CHECK OUT and EARLY CHECK IN:
We will try our best to accommodate any request for late check out and early check in provided that there is availability and it is requested 24 hours prior to check in day or check out day. Please note that such requests, when accepted by the owner of the property via emails, are subject to extra charges, if needed.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY:
Although very central, the neighborhood is super quiet and best suits chilled out people who respect this vibe. As this is not a hotel, we prefer to rent to people who treat the place very well and respect it as if it was their own home.

The tenant also need to apply proper care to the furniture and equipments. Any loss or damage of items and to the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.

Well situated apartment with easy access to food stores, markets and Skytrain. Very helpful host who will arrange airport pick ups and transport back.

From the moment we booked to the moment we left, the owner and his apartment manager were always easily contactable and eager to help us out.. the apartment is very centrally located and it's super easy to get anywhere.. heaps of places to eat etc around the condo, 2 x 24hour supermarkets right underneath, use of the pool and gym facilities.. I've already recommended this place to friends who are travelling with their kids to Bangkok next year and would stay there again in a heartbeat.. that is heaps :)

We loved the location and the view of Han's apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and open. We enjoy having a 24 hour mart right next to the building and we also appreciated the clear communication from Han's assistant. 5-star stay all around!
