To allow smooth check-in process, LIST OF NAMES with Date of Birth and 1 representative valid ID/Passport copy must be submitted to CCR-PMO. If you will be bringing a car, I need you to send me the details of your vehicle as well to allow for a hassle free entry. Security is quite strict in my building and guards will only allow registered guests and vehicles.

HOUSE RULES

1. The property is a residential unit. Loud party/ies are not allowed so as not to disturb other residents.

2. No smoking inside the condominium unit. Smoking is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED inside & on the balcony of Unit 416 Rawai.

3. No hanging/drying of clothes at the balcony and windows.

4. PLEASE TURN OFF all appliances (air-conditioners, electric fans, lights, electric stove, etc.) if you are out of the unit to prevent fire that will damage the property.

5. No moving of furniture, fixtures, decors, etc. Please report to us immediately any appliances, fixtures that needs repair. Please do not make any attempts to do it on your own, any damages in attempting to fix are chargeable to you.

6. Garbage – Please bring down all garbage/refuse at the ground floor. Lobby Guard will direct the garbage collection area.

7. Proper disposal of garbage and cleanliness of vicinity shall always be maintained and must strictly be observed.

8. Amenities are being managed by the Condominium Corporation. Use of swimming pool is free up to five (5) residents per unit. Please use proper swimming attire at all times. The Condominium Corporation may disallow swimmers to use the pool in excess of the maximum allowed number of person per unit and/or if swimmers are not in proper attire. Charges in excess of the allowed person to use the pool and other amenities are payable directly to the Condominium Corp. Administration Office.

9. Drunken and rowdy behavior shall not be tolerated. Security personnel will ask you to leave the premises and you are automatically checked out. All payments made will be forfeited.

10. Organizations' hazing activities are not allowed and will not be tolerated. Security personnel will ask you to leave the premises and you are automatically checked out. All payments made will be forfeited.

11. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs are not allowed. Offenders will be reported immediately to the local police. You will be automatically checked out and all payments made will be forfeited.

WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE IF YOU VIOLATE PARAGRAPHS 9-11 WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CALL THE LOCAL POLICE AND GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES TO IMMEDIATELY INTERVENE.

Refusal to follow any of the above house rules is a ground for termination of our contract/agreement, all advance payment and security/damage deposit will be forfeited.

A terrible service I must say! The host changed the location on the day we were suppose to checkin. Though its hard for us as we haven’t got the time to discuss the changes with the team, we were 5 people (3 from Davao, and 2 from Australia which are still coming that time), but we accommodated her request. She said that she requested a certain job to the owner that has not done yet. I didn’t know who’s “owner” she’s referring to coz I thought she’s the real owner but she’s not. I asked her what that job was and when are we going back to our original place, yet she replied that she didn’t know. When we arrived at the place, the staff accommodated us. Then, I asked her staff again when are we going to our original place and her staff replied that we will no longer vacate the place as we will be staying to that new place for the rest of the booking days. Then, we confidently settled down all of our things, a baggage that was good for 6 days, as well as all the groceries we bought. However, on the next day, I got a message from a claiming to be an owner (actually the real owner of the original place) telling me that the place was ready and asking when are we going to checkin. There’s a lot of confusions that time, first we thought that we will no longer vacate the place, then why someone is claiming to be an owner. We were having a team discussion during that time about the situation. Its hard for us to vacate as we have a lot of things to settle down, and we didn’t have a car. So we decided to stay. On the 5th day, the day before our last day, we were having a whole day activity. It was out of town and outside Manila. It was the worst part of staying the place. While we were still on our outdoor activity, we were being bugged by the staff, the owner, and this claiming to be new guest of the place. They kept on calling, sending messages, all of them asking us to vacate the place. Imagine, we were still outside Manila, and it was friday, the road was so busy due to heavy traffic. Then how are we supposed to get there in time? They were so annoying. This guest called us that if we will not vacate the place, they will call the security to get into our room and put all our things in the building lobby. So terrible! We came very late that time, when we got back to the place good thing they were no longer there, and they were not able to get into our room. Though we felt a bit relief after all what happened. It was 1am, we packed all our things and decided to transfer to a hotel just to totally feel...

The unit is same as described in the photos. Other key things worth highlighting are as follows: Internet was really fast. Heaters in both bathrooms were working well. The unit is really equipped and complete with all your needs such as utensils and kitchenwares. Hanna responds to all questions/concerns and Patrick (her assistant) is also really attentive and helpful. If you need parking space, the unit itself doesn't come with its own private parking. However, you can park in the visitor section on a first come first serve basis up to a specific time. Overall, really a good experience staying at Hanna's space! :)

Hanna was very helpful and responds to messages very fast, her caretaker Yna was very friendly and nice and very welcoming. We were a bit late on arrival but Yna still kept in touch with us. The condo unit was beautiful and the rooms were very clean. Everything was tidy and beautiful and I felt very at home. I would recommend going here, and I would definitely go back again.
