REQUIREMENTS: Please submit the LIST OF NAMES with DATE OF BIRTH and IDs for registration as TENANTS.
For a PRIVATE CAR, need to register the VEHICLE DETAILS for a Gate Pass. Kindly submit to jo1014kr at gee male (incorrect spelling).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: For 6 guests, 1 nights-PHP3,000/+1K for additional nights/1 wk- PHP8,000/1 mo-PHP19,000. The refundable deposit will be collected upon check-in and will be returned prior to check-out if there's no damage or missing items.
DAILY RATE INCLUSION:
1. The Owner paid Five (5) head counts to use the swimming pool and the extra pays 112 pesos per head
2. Electric, water & cooking gas.
3. FREE Internet-cable & Wifi. Both the Living room and master bedroom have Sky Cable digital boxes.

With windows & doors open, the breeze will pass through the unit and you wouldn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. However, if need an efficient cooling system, the Split-type Inverter Koppel Air conditioner is most efficient (up to 69% energy saving).
TRY THE ENERGY STAR RECOMMENDATION. Turning your thermostat to 78 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Celsius) is the most efficient setting for your air conditioner during summer. Reducing your home's temperature lower, such as to 72 degrees, could increase your cooling costs by 12% to 47%. And when it's hot, don't set the air conditioner at a much lower temperature.
Strictly please observe the REGISTERED STAY-IN GUESTS only and check out time at 11 AM unless otherwise authorized by us. We reserve the right to claim the full security deposit should the guests violate the ONLY REGISTERED STAY-IN GUESTS policy and check out without our knowledge and the presence of the authorized representative.

NO SMOKING inside & on the balcony of the condo unit. PENALTY Php4,000 will be collected for dry cleaning of the drapes, curtains & carpets.
Please dispose the FOOD SCRAPS to the assigned GARBAGE BIN on the Lower Ground right away in order to prevent any bug.

1. The property is a residential unit. A Loud party is not allowed so as not to disturb other residents. The WIRELESS KARAOKE is available upon request and can be used in a closed door setting only.
2. No smoking inside the condominium unit. Smoking is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED inside & on the balcony of Unit 416 Rawai. You may use the Fire Exit stairwell with open windows for smoking.
3. No hanging/drying of clothes at the balcony and windows. The drying cage #23 on the rooftop can serve the purpose.
4. PLEASE TURN OFF all appliances (air-conditioners, electric fans, lights, electric stove, etc.) if you are out of the unit to prevent a fire that will damage the property.
5. No moving of furniture, fixtures, decors, etc. Please report to us immediately any appliances, fixtures that need repair. Please do not make any attempts to do it on your own, any damages in attempting to fix are chargeable to you.
6. Garbage – Please bring down all garbage on the ground floor. Lobby Guard will direct the garbage collection area.
7. Proper disposal of garbage and cleanliness of vicinity shall always be maintained and must strictly be observed. Please remove food trash on a daily basis
8. Amenities are being managed by the Condominium Corporation. Use of swimming pool is free up to five (5) residents per unit. Please use proper swimming attire at all times. The Condominium Corporation may disallow swimmers to use the pool in excess of the maximum allowed number of person per unit and/or if swimmers are not in proper attire. Charges in excess of the allowed person to use the pool and other amenities are payable directly to the Condominium Corp. Administration Office.
9. Drunken and rowdy behavior shall not be tolerated. Security personnel will ask you to leave the premises and you are automatically checked out. All payments made will be forfeited.
10. Organizations' hazing activities are not allowed and will not be tolerated. Security personnel will ask you to leave the premises and you are automatically checked out. All payments made will be forfeited.
11. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs are not allowed. Offenders will be reported immediately to the local police. You will be automatically checked out and all payments made will be forfeited.
WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE IF YOU VIOLATE PARAGRAPHS 9-11 WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CALL THE LOCAL POLICE AND GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES TO IMMEDIATELY INTERVENE.
Refusal to follow any of the above house rules is a ground for termination of our contract/agreement, all advance payment and security deposit will be forfeited.
