Rated 1* for 2 people, it is in a single storey house close to the beach (3rd row) and consists of:
- a large terrace-garden of about 40m2 to enjoy your return from the beach with a refreshing outdoor shower, without opposite, to rinse you off at the return from the beach.
- A large picnic table is available for your outdoor meals as well as an aperitif area at the foot of the multipliers with 4 outdoor armchairs.

- You have 1 large air-conditioned room with a 140X190 bed and a walk-in closet

- a bright and air-conditioned main room with:
* Free WiFi
* 2 meridian armchairs
* 1 stall with 2 high stools for indoor dining
* 1 kitchen equipped with 2 gas burners, 1 electric kettle, 1 electric filter coffee maker, 1 microwave grill, 1 top fridge (i.e. a mini fridge, in the annex area)

Ideally placed, the “Sunset” is central. It is between Boucan Canot on one side and Saint-Gilles Centre on the other, a 10-minute drive from the Hermitage Lagoon.

Located in the residential area of Grand Fond in Saint-Gilles les Bains, it is less than 2 minutes from the wild beach of large background or 100 m, 20 minutes' walk from the city center of Saint-Gilles les Bains and all its amenities - restaurants, discos, bars, aquarium, sea outings, diving, water activities, Hermitage lagoon, pharmacies, doctors, banks ...

You can reach by car in 5 minutes the Tamarind road, which serves the South and the North for your unmissable visits to the island.

To park, you park your car in front of our home, the owners (only 1 car allowed) and you access your T2 via the small sandy fishing path adjoining the house with your independent entrance. You can also park about 30 m away in a sandy square nearby.

Children sleep on the lounge chairs, which can be converted into 80X190 extra beds (named sofa-bed by Airbnb)

The outdoor space is covered by a deck for added comfort surrounded by exotic plants.

Note: We love animals very much and that's why we accept their visit, as long as we take them out regularly for their needs. Of course, you'll need to ensure that they don't damage the space or inconvenience the neighborhood.

In Réunion, we get up very early. We're following the rhythm of the seasons. If you want to enjoy the beach, tours, walks, scenery, it's early because of the micro-climates there is on the island.
