Penthouse with stunning sea view in Almunecar The apartment consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen, living room and a large terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains with fixed barbecue. In one bedroom you will find a double bed, access to a private bathroom with shower and sliding doors to the huge terrace. The second bedroom also offers a double bed and a work desk. The third bedroom consists of two single beds that could easily be pushed together into a double bed. The kitchen is newly renovated with induction hob, fan, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with complete kitchen equipment such as: pans, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, toaster and coffee maker etc. Next to the kitchen you will find the living room and a shared bathroom equipped with a large sink, bathtub and washing machine. The living room is large and airy, with a large sofa, dining area, flat screen TV, wifi speakers etc. Sliding doors in the living room take you to the wonderful terrace where you have dining furniture and café group in the same style. The dining table for 4 people is easy to pull out to accommodate up to 8 people around. On the terrace you can also find a built-in grill.
