Fully equipped with everything that you may need. Fast Wi-Fi and free parking lot in a private car park right next to the studio. It is just 3 minutes away by foot from the train station and the beach of Chalcis.

Open space of 32 sq.m. but pretty functional and comfortable due to the careful arrangement.

It stands out from the rest of the space and has a comfortable double bed with an orthopedic mattress 150x200 cm and a TV.

Sit on the couch and in the comfy rocking chair and enjoy your favorite series or movies on the 43-inch smart TV that has an active Netflix account (you do not need to have your own account).
The sofa can be converted into a double bed in case more people stay there (dimensions 126x195 cm.).

On the one hand, the neighborhood is very quiet but at the same time it is next to everything. You can reach everything you need by foot in a few minutes.

For example:
-Super markets, butchers, fish shops in 2-4 minutes by foot
-Train station 700 meters away
-Chalkis Bridge and beach with cafes and restaurants 450 meters away
-The commercial street of the city with the shops (called Avanton) 350 meter away

Είμαι συνταξιούχος και έχω μία υπέροχη οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά. Μου αρέσουν πολύ τα ταξίδια. Όταν ήμουν πιο νέος ταξιδεύαμε αρκετά με όλη την οικογένεια. Δυστυχώς τότε δεν υπήρχε η τάση Airbnb που τη θεωρώ φοβερή. Επειδή τώρα δεν έχω τη δυνατότητα να ταξιδεύω, καλύπτω αυτήν την ευχαρίστηση φιλοξενώντας και προσφέροντας όσα περισσότερα μπορώ στους ανθρώπους που έρχονται στο σπίτι μου.

I am retired and I have a wonderful family with 2 children. I really like traveling. When I was younger we traveled a lot with the whole family. Unfortunately, then there was no Airbnb trend which I find awesome. Because now I do not have the opportunity to travel, I cover this pleasure by hosting and offering as much as I can to the people who come to my house.
