At the crossroads of the Upper West, in the land of Brocéliande.
Within the "Gîtes Les Fleuries", this ground floor apartment is located in a country house in bauge (raw earth) of 1756. It has been renovated with natural materials, earth, wood, lime..., which brings a quality of well-being, a cocoon feeling. This home is a sculptor's studio.
This ecological place (old farmhouse) is being renovated into cottages (3), nature spirit, respecting the old building.

The space
The accommodation includes:
- a fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, electric and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster..., dishes and cooking utensils, TV, laundry rack...,

- WiFi access, board games, books, TV, four rattan armchairs and coffee tables.

Extra charge for bed linen (organic cotton) of 10 euros per double bed, 5 euros per single bed and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, one towel, one shower sheet) per person.
Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 40 euros per stay.

A deposit cheque of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival (not cashed) and returned upon departure if no damage is found.

Part of the garden is allocated to the cottage with garden furniture, garden tables and chairs, and barbecue.
