The space
The whole Lakehouse is yours to enjoy 2400 sq ft! 4 BDRMs 2 full baths. Almost every room has a view of the lake. The bottom 2 BDRMs have a private access to the cool bottom covered patio where you will be steps from the gardens and lake. Easy access with paved steps from house all the way to the rock dock and lakeside patios, firepit, BBQ/picnic area, Day bed and swings, all private for just your use!
This Lakefront is perfect for just relaxing or for entering the cool clear water and swimming out to your private Lily pad (available summer months only. Memorial Day-Labor day) A fee for putting out before or after summer).
The live oaks at the waters edge keeps you cool as a motor pool while you rest in the daybed overlooking the deepest cove in the lake perfect for paddle-boarding, kayaking, fishing or just chilling with a cool drink. It is just breathtaking! Please book Kayaks and paddleboards thru owner in advance of arrival. Limited availability.

Guest access
Stay on property and always leash your pets when outside. There is a fenced dog play area where dogs don’t have to be leashed, but do not leave pets or children unattended in that area

Other things to note
Please make sure you sign and return to the host the Limits of liability and House rules documents along with proof of vaccination and flea if bringing a dog protection prior to your arrival. See rules for permitted dogs.
Make sure you wear your all terrain shoes or water shoes in water. The water beyond the rock deck drops in depth quickly, wear a life preserver and watch all in water. The lake is low but there is a paved steps to the water .
Always respect water.
Check for burn bans in Comal county and respect those please.
Absolutely no smoking of any type which includes Cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and especially illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. It is a smoke-free zone. Detection of smoking will cost the booking guest
An extra cleaning fee of $1500.
The deck can be very hot in Summer. Wear shoes outside on deck.
Please DONT feed deer or any wildlife.They can be aggressive and they will be encouraged to eat the plants in the garden. Plus it encourages skunks and other vermin and ants.

I am semi-retired after owning a business for 30 years. Now I’m thrilled to host our family’s Lakehaus! Lived in the Lakehaus since 2004, so I know the area well. My son is a boat captain on the lake so if you book a boat with him your family will be in good hands. I’m an ordained Minister too! Pastor Pamme I can officiate Weddings and do baptisms.
