Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a no-frills, basic place to rest, this is the perfect cottage! The guesthouse is behind our main house, and we ensure total privacy. We have one full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We are only 20 minutes away from Chattanooga. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them every now and then outside. The house is basic with no internet or tv; however, we do have cell service. See you soon!

The space
You are in the country setting of Rock Spring. This is very basic, nothing luxurious. Our place is a great place to sleep for a day or two. There is no living area, just a bed. The guest house is behind our main home, but we ensure privacy. We also welcome animals; we have a fenced area where they can run, but please don't leave them unsupervised. We don't want the fence getting torn up. We also have animals, so make sure they are leashed in the yard.

We have a window unit with both heating and air.
