We are Marius, Carina and our 6-year-old son. When we are not in Stuttgart, we offer you the opportunity to stay in our beloved, newly renovated home!

The space
The newly renovated and 120 square meter attic apartment on 2 floors (no elevator available) includes a large living/dining room with roof terrace and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen-living room (dishwasher, coffee maker and American-style refrigerator incl. ice cube dispenser), 2 bathrooms (with washer/dryer and tub) and 3 bedrooms (one of which is a children's room, which we usually do not rent or only on request).

The view is wonderful on all sides: Over the city and vineyards incl. stadium and Mercedes Benz Museum, TV Tower, Killesberg, etc.
The apartment is located in the two attic floors of a charming old building. You are completely for yourself up here, have plenty of privacy and panoramic views - a house on the house!

Other things to note
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and 6th floor without an elevator.

Since this is the home of a small family, we do not accept parties or the like.
