The space
This beautiful apartment of 45 m2 consists of a large living room of 30m2, an open equipped kitchen including a friendly dining area and overlooking a through East/West terrace with a small sea view and garden furniture.

It is located on the 1st floor without elevator and has gated and secure parking.

The kitchen is equipped with glass-ceramic hobs, range hood, fridge/freezer, kettle, senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all the necessary dishes for 4 people.

You have a sofa type clic-clac in the living room (sleeping 2 people), a curved flat-screen TV, a separate bedroom sleeping 2 people (bed 140 cm), a bathroom with wc and washing machine. you will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board if needed.
