We were greeted by Sebastians charming neighbor Christine, who was very helpful and friendly The neighbourhood was fabulous , with parisian shops, cafes and restaurants just outside the door The flat was just as described in the profile. There`s no noise at night from cars and nightlife, which we enjoyed We wanted to walk around Paris and that we could. Everything is within reach:) We have had a fine communication with Sebastian. He is quick to reply or to get in contact

Charming apartment on a vibrant Parisian street, lined with bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a romantic weekend break with access to public transport and a 10-15 walk from Gare du Nord, 20-25 mins walk from Montmartre. Just like it's advertised, very well equipped and clean. Sebastian has been very responsive to all my questions and messages and although he couldn't be there for check in and check out, he left the keys with Christine, the lovely neighbour who told us some entertaining (URL HIDDEN) of how Pigalle has transformed from a grubby to a buzzing district. A much recommended experience and great value for money! Thanks for everything Seb! We'd definitely come back!

Sebastien's apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris, and was exactly as advertised. It is a great location, safe neighborhood with nice cafes, bakeries, and markets right downstairs. Only a short walk to Sacre Coeur for wonderful views across the city and strolls through the artsy Montmartre and exciting Pigalle neighborhoods. Metro was only few minutes walk, providing direct line to Orsay and Louvre, and easy access to any sites in Paris. We arrived/departed via Gare du Nord station, and that was an easy 15 minute walk. Sebastien was very responsive from my first inquiry about his apartment, and throughout period leading up to travels, and during my stay. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet Sebastien in person, due to his travels, but he arranged to have a friend Erika meet us upon arrival, who provided a warm, personal welcome, provided keys and guidance about the apartment features, details, and even recommended a delicious restaurant. We were in good hands. and, Marko provided prompt, efficient check out process/key return, to ensure we reach our departure train. Apartment was clean and organized, without a bunch of clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooked breakfasts, and then we chose to explore the variety of cafes and restaurants for all other meals. This apartment has a clothes washer, but no dryer. so, we chose to use the laundromat right downstairs, as was only about 10 euros for complete wash/dry of clothes. Apartment windows have integrated 'black out' screen, which is great feature for morning sleep, when the night went late. Internet access was reliable and quite fast, no connectivity issues. For us, the Top floor location was part of the appeal. Nice views out the windows, zero noise from any neighbors. But, almost 100 stairs required, since no lift available.. (you will feel it after full day of exploring Louvre and climbing Eiffel) I highly recommend Sebastien and his apartment in Paris. I would like to return again as soon as possible. Enjoy!

The accommodation was very nic. We loved the view on Sacre-Coer, the Basilique is seen when your go by the street to the apartment by Sebastian. We loved buy the baggets in the bakery right at the corner from the apartment. With rent bikes we were in ten minutes in the Luver. The flat was so lovely like on the photos. We wrily like the stay in Paris.
