Richard and Trish were warm and welcoming and had been very thoughtful about the comfort of guests. We were delighted to find wine glasses and china and cutlery as well as a fridge in our room...after lunch at Du Fermier all we wanted was a light evening snack. The breakfast was superb and very generous. Ian especially enjoyed the landscaped garden. It's clearly a very interesting area and one we would like to return to.

Trish and Richards were warm and welcoming hosts in their beautiful home surrounded by flowers and stunning landscape. Breakfast was home laid eggs with home made toast and jams and excellent home brewed coffee, all delicious.

What a terrific stay! Richard and Trish were wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. The room was lovely, already warm when I arrived (on a chilly day). The room had all the bits and pieces you could hope for to have a very comfortable stay, including robes, slippers, coffee and tea and a small fridge in the room with you. I had a cosy sleep and enjoyed opening the blinds and watching the morning mist rise off the garden. A beautiful home and hosts, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Trish & Richard have obviously put in a lot of effort into making the house and gardens as picturesque as they are. The room has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. It has robes, a bar fridge, great heating a TV and more and the bathroom is great with a claw-foot bath tub and a large shower. The breakfast was better than you would find in a local cafe and it was a pleasure chatting with Trish & Richard. They're both lovely and interesting people and we look forward to staying with them again.

Trish and Richard are first class hosts. Goldwing is not a BnB, Goldwing is a classic country spa. Relaxing, sumptuous and spoilt. We would love to visit the property in every season. The garden is about to explode into life after a cold winter and the days start to warm. We'll come back again ... and again
