Our unique loft apartment has direct access from the street and is open plan, light and airy with 3.5m vaulted ceilings. Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with AC. The apartment is located a few blocks from the beach in the @22 tech hub of Barcelona. Short walk to Ciutadella park and Arc de Triomf with all transport links just a stones throw away. Although it could sleep 4 people (1 double bed and 2 singles), it has a very open loft style layout which wouldn't be ideal for longer stays for 4.

The space
The photos should give a clear indication of the layout and what to expect. The loft is airy as it has nice high ceilings. Freshly painted, and clean, easy to maintain. Large table for up to 8 perfect to work on. The property is surrounded by excellent coffee shops.
