In an Art Nouveau building from the 1920s, exactly on the Lima stop of Metro 1, a beautiful apartment on the top floor (with lift!) with a 100m2 terrace furnished with citrus trees, olive trees, wisteria, oleanders, roses, a shady fig tree and a splendid magnolia.
